In the pedagogical literature you can find a description of a large number of methods that allow you to achieve almost any goal. There are so many methods and especially their various versions (modifications) that have been accumulated that only their ordering and classification helps to choose those adequate to the goals and real circumstances. Classification of methods is a system of methods built on a certain basis. It helps to discover in methods the general and the specific, the essential and the accidental, the theoretical and the practical, and thereby contributes to their informed choice and the most effective application. Based on the classification, the teacher not only clearly understands the system of methods, but also better understands the purpose, characteristic features of various methods and their modifications.

Chikankari, the ethnic Embroidery is a traditional craft of Lucknow for decorating fabric or garments with needles and colorful thread, often enhanced with elements like beads, pearls, sequins, zardozi work and metal strips. Interestingly, the core stitches of Chikankari such as chain stitch, running stitch, satin stitch, buttonhole stitch, and cross stitch have remained fundamental for centuries and have been appreciated in global arena. In fact, it’s a wearer’s delight when it comes to dressing for an occasion. In India, Chikan work, fondly called, Lucknow Chikan is a prominent embroidery tradition with over 400 years of history. Although “Chikan” means embroidery, the craft includes about 36 different basic stitches. Traditionally, chikankari is done with white thread on white muslin. Now it has evolved to include various types of fabrics, colors, and decorative elements like pearls, mirrors, and mukaish work.

Chikankari is mainly practiced by women in Lucknow and is deeply rooted in local household culture. The process is highly labor-intensive and can take months or even years to complete a single piece. Historically, Muslim women adopted this craft as a source of income, pas...

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder: An Invisible Barrier to Women’s Professional Well-being

Anchal Saxena, Deepa Pandey
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 28 May 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a severe, cyclic mood disorder affecting approximately 3-8% of women of reproductive age. Although it is recognized within psychiatric classifications, its broader impact on women’s daily lives has not received adequate attention. PMDD is characterized by intense mood shift, irritability, anxiety, cognitive difficulties and seen functional impairment during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Research suggests that these symptoms are not caused by abnormal hormone levels, but rather by heightened neurological sensitivity to normal hormonal changes.

In professional environments that value emotional regulation, good productivity and leadership stability, such cyclical symptoms may create hidden challenges. Women experiencing PMDD may struggle with concentration, interpersonal interactions, confidence and stress management during symptomatic phases. Due to continuing stigma around menstrual health, these difficulties often remain unspoken and unsupported.

PMDD has minor but significant effects on long-term professional development and workplace engagement, beyond clinical symptoms. While internally coping with emotional swings and low ...

Completeness And Reliability Of SOFA/SOAL: NLP Assessment And Impact On Reconciliation Requirements

Bakhovuddin Sadriddin ogli Muratov
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Jan 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Under conditions of exponential growth of data sets accompanied by a deepening crisis of trust in them, the completeness and reliability of legal and financial reporting, including such forms as the Statement of Financial Affairs (SOFA) and the Schedule of Assets and Liabilities (SOAL), are acquiring critical importance. In this context, traditional data reconciliation procedures prove to be methodologically and technologically insufficient for the analysis of unstructured text fields, within which the most significant manifestations of hidden and hard-to-detect fraud are concentrated. The purpose of the article is to examine how the implementation of natural language processing (NLP) methods in the analysis of unstructured SOFA/SOAL fields modifies and effectively redefines the classical requirements for financial reconciliation. To achieve this aim, a mixed methodological approach is used, including a systematic review of academic literature, content analysis of industry and legal documents, as well as analog modeling based on case studies. The results obtained indicate that traditional manual reconciliation is of low effectiveness for identifying so-called semantic fraud, which ...

Ubong Iniobong Isaac
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Jul 2024

This study explores the farmer-herder conflict in Southwest Nigeria and the potential of interfaith dialogue as a novel approach to achieving sustainable peace. The paper argues that traditional methods of conflict resolution have proven inadequate and highlights the transformative potential of dialogue in fostering empathy, understanding, and collaboration between these often-antagonistic groups. Drawing on a multi-pronged methodological approach that combines secondary source analysis with primary data collected through interviews with key stakeholders, the research delves into the root causes of the conflict, including population growth, resource scarcity, and historical grievances. The paper emphasizes the devastating consequences of these clashes, including internal displacement, livelihood destruction, and loss of life. Through the lens of Leonard Swidler's Decalogue of Dialogue, the study outlines a framework for interfaith dialogue initiatives. This framework emphasizes open communication, mutual respect, a willingness to learn from each other, and a commitment to finding common ground. The research highlights the importance of addressing underlying grievances while also p...

Published: 20 Sep 2025
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
This paper addresses the migration of PeopleSoft application modules to Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) using a “Lift-and-Shift” approach. While infrastructure migration is well-documented, this research focuses on the application-centric aspects, providing a detailed playbook for organizations. The paper outlines a structured methodology encompassing Boot Camp sessions on Oracle Cloud offerings, organization requirement reviews to determine the fit, fit-gap analysis on the business requirements, review of key gaps when adopting Oracle Cloud, implementation best practices, rigorous testing strategies, and culminating in user training. The proposed methodology streamlines the migration process, leading to a 30% increase in project efficiency and an estimated 25% saving on infrastructure management. It emphasizes minimizing disruption to business operations and maximizing the benefits of cloud adoption, such as scalability and cost-efficiency [3][4][11]. The research draws upon existing literature, case studies [5], and industry best practices to present a practical guide for successful PeopleSoft application migration to Oracle Cloud, and its utility is conceptually valida...

As the Sun progresses through its solar cycle and its activity increases, a greater number of sunspots occur, and solar fluxes become more intense. The change in solar activity is related to the change in electron and ion density of the ionosphere. Studying this relation is very important in terms of space plasma studies and space weather predictions, which play a significant role in radio and satellite communication as well as GPS navigation. In this paper, we are presenting the sunspot and solar flux data for solar cycle 24 (year 2008-2020). We are using C/NOFS satellite data to understand the variationof ion densities of the upper atmosphere with solar cycle 24. Our analysis shows decrease of H+ density by a factor of 10 and increase of O+ density by a factor of 10 during solar maxima. This data set can be used as a framework for future advancement in empirical modelling of regional and global ion density of the ionosphere.

We will also have information about the initial processing of the cocoon. Therefore, from the cocoon to the New Year season, raw silk is produced non-stop throughout the year. As a result of our research, we can see that deadening the living cocoon, reducing the high moisture content in it, is a pre-treatment process of the cocoon.
