RPA for Account Reconciliations: Case Study of 85% Time Reduction.

Anjali Kale
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 13 Jul 2025
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
This review paper analyses the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in financial account reconciliations, integrating existing literature with a practical case study of a multinational life sciences firm that realized an 85% decrease in reconciliation duration. Although RPA has gained traction in enhancing repetitious financial processes, current research frequently lacks empirical specificity, sector-related constraints, and evaluations of post-implementation effects. This report identifies deficiencies in exception handling, scalability, and ERP system integration by comparing five academic and industrial sources with practical insights from the case study. A thorough RPA Reconciliation Framework is proposed, including process discovery, bot logic, error feedback, AI integration, compliance, and change management. The results underscore RPA's capacity to enhance speed, precision, and auditability, while indicating that future research should concentrate on hybrid RPA-AI systems and uniform maturity models.

Empathy in Married Women Caregivers: A Comparative Analysis Across Psychiatric, Medical, And Non-Caregiver Groups

Sanya Sinha, Seema Rani Sarraf
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 13 May 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Caregiving is a challenging role that impacts the emotional well-being of women, however it remains the most neglected area in clinical and social research. The present study aims to examine and compare the empathy among three various groups of married women: psychiatric patient caregivers, medical patient caregivers and non-caregiving women.
Methodology: Purposive sampling was used to assess 389 married women (mean age 40.5). The sample comprises psychiatric caregivers (n = 122), medical caregivers (n = 137), and non-caregiving women (n = 130). To collect desired response for empathy Toronto empathy questionnaire developed by Spreng et al. (2009) was used. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA.
Results: One-way ANOVA represents high significant results, which denotes significant differences in empathy scores across three groups. Descriptive statistics reveal that non-caregiver women’s empathy level was highest, followed by medical caregivers and psychiatric caregivers respectively.
Implication: The findings emphasized that women who were actively involved in caregiving, especially for psychiatric patients, demonstrated low empathy among all the groups....

From Sprint to Marathon: Physiological Adaptation of a Professional Dancer to Long-Term Theatrical Contracts

Valeriia Zhyltsova
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Feb 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
The study is oriented toward an integrated comprehension of the physiological, biomechanical, and psychoemotional determinants of a dancer’s professional transformation during the transition from the domain of competitive ballroom dancing to the entertainment-show format on ocean cruise liners. The transition is analyzed on the basis of the author’s clinical and training case material and is interpreted through the figurative continuum from sprint to marathon, in which competitive ballroom dancing, grounded predominantly in submaximal anaerobic power and short-term interval loads, is contrasted with the functional profile of onboard work that presupposes the predominance of prolonged aerobic endurance, stable tolerance of monotonous repetitive actions, and specific sensorimotor adaptation to continuously changing support characteristics. Within the study, the neurophysiological mechanisms of neuroplasticity underlying the formation of the sea legs phenomenon are examined in detail; the structure and frequency of injuries are analyzed with an emphasis on the redistribution of mechanical loads from the distal segments of the lower limb (the ankle joint) to proximal links, namely the ...

Evaluating Cytomegalovirus (CMV): Laboratory Diagnostic Assays: Standardization, Sensitivity, and Algorithm Design. A Literature Review.

Dr.Anmar Layth Talib
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 22 Nov 2025
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a globally distributed herpesvirus that establishes lifelong latency and can cause severe disease in newborns, pregnant women and immunocompromised patients. Accurate laboratory diagnosis is essential to guide antiviral therapy, infection control, and epidemiological surveillance. Multiple diagnostic modalities are used, including nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT) such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and transcription-mediated amplification (TMA), clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR-based assays), serology of Immunoglobulin (IgM, IgG, IgG avidity), antigen detection (pp65), viral culture, dried blood spots (DBS), tissue biopsy, and functional CMV assays such as immunoassays (Flow cytometry, QuantiFERON-CMV and ELISpot Assays) CMV smear are included. Molecular techniques, especially PCR-based methods, provide rapid, sensitive and specific detection of Cytomegalovirus DNA or RNA from various samples and remain the gold standard for congenital, transplant and immunodeficient patients. Serology and antigen-based testing provide complementary information, but have limitations in distinguishing active infection from late...

The Role of Digitalization and Automation of Operational Processes as A Key Factor for Diversifying the Product Line in The Microfinance Sector

Diusheeva Aizhan
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 18 Nov 2025
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
In the context of the accelerating digital transformation of the financial industry, microfinance organizations (MFOs) are compelled to rethink and restructure their business models in order to maintain competitive advantages and strengthen the social impact of their activities. This study examines how digitalization and automation of key operational circuits serve as a fundamental driver for expanding the product line of MFOs. The purpose of the work is to identify causal links between the implementation of advanced technological tools — including Loan Origination System (LOS) class systems and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in credit scoring procedures — and the ability of organizations to go beyond classical microcredit, forming a broader product portfolio. Methodologically, the study relies on a systematic review of academic sources, a comparative analysis of the markets of the United States, Europe, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as a detailed case study of comprehensive automation of one MFO in Kyrgyzstan. The results obtained indicate that achieving a threshold level of operational efficiency through automation — expressed in reduced application processing time and lower c...

INFLUENCE OF COLOR SOLUTIONS ON THE PERCEPTION OF SPACE IN RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS

Issin Bakhtiyar Kairatovich
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Dec 2024
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Color solutions should be taken into account in interior design because they have a direct impact on the visual, and emotional perception of space. In this regard, the main goal is to study how different color palettes and their combinations affect the perception of the size, shape, and functionality of premises. The methodology included a comprehensive analysis of publications, recommendations, and practical examples demonstrating the influence of color on the perception of rooms. Experiments were also conducted on the use of various color solutions in simulated interiors, which allowed us to identify the most effective approaches to creating a harmonious design.

The results showed that warm shades such as red, orange, and yellow visually “warm” the space, creating a cozy atmosphere and reducing the feeling of coldness, while cool colors such as blue, green, and purple expand the space, adding a feeling of freshness and coolness. Light shades can visually increase the area of the room, making it spacious, while dark colors add depth, and accentuate certain areas of the interior. In addition, the correct use of contrasting, complementary color combinations helps to zone the space,...
