The work examines changeswidth of the forbidden zoneheavily doped semiconductors. The introduction of impurities into the crystal lattice at low concentrations does not change the width forbidden zones semiconductor and does not affect the energy spectrum of electrons. Only discrete levels appear in the forbidden zone. When the concentration of impurities becomes large enough, the energy spectrum and the width of the BG of the crystal change.

Xenophobia, a persistent issue in Africa, is defined by dread, hatred, or discrimination against foreigners. This study aims to comprehend the fundamental causes, social impact, and potential solutions of xenophobia in Africa by examining its origins and manifestations. It analyzes the numerous manifestations of xenophobia, evaluates its impact on individuals, communities, and societies, and investigates the historical, social, economic, and political factors contributing to it. This study employs a historical research design, with the Xenowatch interface as the primary data source. It is founded on social identity theory. The dashboard comprehensively overviews the frequency, location, and impact of xenophobic incidents in South Africa. The study analyzes this data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing a comprehensive overview of the country's xenophobia manifestations. The study's results indicate a concerning prevalence of xenophobic discrimination in South Africa, with a concentration of incidents in urban centers. The data emphasizes the influence of historical legacies, economic disparities, political manipulation, and social factors on the development of ...

Integration of AR and VR into Architectural Design and Spatial Solution Verification Processes

Uliana Hrechka
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Dec 2025
Article Info Citation Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Architectural design imagining has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, driven by the advent of augmented and virtual realities. The emergence of integrating AR and VR, along with the verification of spatial solutions, is generating new opportunities for real-time data visualization and smart environments. Moreover, mixed reality (MR), which combines augmented and virtual realities, forms a “trio” of technologies, each with unique capabilities and features. These high-tech tools enhance teamwork, reduce risks, and enable architects to craft more resourceful designs that align with client requirements. As augmented and virtual realities become increasingly widespread, ensuring the functionality and quality of these technologies is essential. VR and AR verification provides a means to make both augmented and virtual realities safe, user-friendly, and capable of meeting their intended purposes. Therefore, the accuracy of spatial data, which determines whether geographic analyses yield actionable insights or ambiguous results that may waste end-user resources, is critical.

The article analyzes the dependence of the wear of engine parts on the evaporation temperature of gasoline. The main reason for the rapid wear of engine parts when using fuels with poor volatility is the washing off of oil from rubbing parts. To ensure optimal engine operation conditions in hot climatic conditions, we suggest that the start temperature of the distillation of gasoline boil not lower than 40°С ÷ 43°С, and the distillation temperature of 10% gasoline should not be lower than 70°С, and the boiling point of 90% for summer gasoline should not exceed 180°С, and the temperature end of distillation - 195°C.

A Linguistic Analysis of Literary Criticism: A Study of How Language Influences the Evaluation of Literary Works

Ahmed Kareem Aljarelah
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 01 Jun 2024
Article Info Citation Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
This research delves into the complex connections between language and literary criticism, illuminating how linguistic decisions impact written work assessments. The study dives into different linguistic frameworks such as pragmatics, discourse analysis, and semantics to reveal the nuanced but potent ways language affects critical interpretations and assessments. This examination shows how rhetorical devices, diction, syntax, and metaphor play a part in crucial discourse by looking at literary critiques from various eras and genres. The study delves into how cultural and historical factors shape literary criticism's linguistic representation, illuminating the complex relationship between language and societal ideals. The subjective character of literary appraisal is better understood thanks to this in-depth linguistic research, which sheds light on how critics express their opinions. The results highlight the significance of language awareness in literary criticism by arguing for a more sophisticated and reflective method of assessing literary works.
