In this article, Ibn Sina's logical views, in particular his ideas on forms of thinking, are discussed in the context of the process of achieving truth. At the same time, it is revealed on the basis of Ibn Sina's logical views that such forms of thinking as perception, judgment, and inference are important elements in the process of achieving truth. That is, while the definition of a concept is a necessary element in the process of achieving truth, considerations are revealed, in particular, complex considerations and conclusions based on an analysis of Ibn Sina’s works on logic. Importantly, it is logical that Ibn Sina’s conception of truth as a final stage in the conclusion that reasoning is a form of thinking is logical.

Integrating Work–Life Balance Initiatives and Institutional Safety Policies to Promote Sustainable Health and Empowerment of Women in Academia.

Damini Sinha

Published: 23 Jun 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
Women in academia often have to do a lot of different things, such as teach, conduct research, handle administrative work, and take care of their families. Managing these interwoven duties can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which can affect one's health, mental health, and professional growth. In this context, it is important to integrate work-life balance programs with robust safety policies in schools to ensure a fair and supportive academic environment. The study examined ways to improve women's health and empowerment in higher education through flexible and non-traditional work schedules, parental leave, counselling support, and gender-sensitive workplace practices. It also examined the importance of a robust institutional safety framework for fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and protection in schools. This framework should include clear anti-harassment regulations, safe reporting mechanisms, and programs to raise awareness and provide training. The results show that workplace policies that foster a supportive work environment, along with effective safety measures, can significantly reduce work-related stress, improve job satisfaction, and in...

Privacy-Preserving Generative AI for Legal CRM: Balancing Personalization with Compliance in the Legal and Professional Services Industry

Kush Singh
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 11 May 2026
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
The fast usage of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in professional services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems has increased opportunities for hyper-personalized engagement with clients, but such change creates new risks in regulated practices such as legal services, where client data isn’t just sensitive, it’s protected by attorney–client privilege and a thicket of compliance rules like GDPR and CCPA. Recent breaches of law firms' confidential client files owing to breaches of data privacy have already shown how messy this can get: the Proskauer Rose breach in 2023, for example, exposed sensitive deal documents, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner faced a similar crisis in 2024. Cases like these indicate the urgency for a generative AI framework that preserves privacy while synergistically maximizing the benefits of enhanced personalization.

This paper presents a privacy-preserving generative AI framework that is designed specifically for legal CRM scenarios. This idea is a multi-layered framework approach, which is differential privacy baked into the data, federated training so information doesn’t have to leave its source, compliance checkpoints to catch GDPR/CCPA...

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for Real-Time Financial Market Analysis

Priyank Tailor
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 29 Jul 2025
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
The rapid growth of unstructured financial data—ranging from earnings calls and SEC filings to real-time social me- dia and global news—has outpaced the ability of traditional analysis tools to provide timely, contextual insights. Most natural language models are trained on static data and lack the capacity to integrate dynamic, real-world updates. Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) bridges this gap by combining document retrieval with generative capabilities, creating a more grounded and up-to-date understanding of user queries. This paper presents a domain-adapted RAG-based framework for real-time financial analysis, using vector databases and domain-specific language models. The framework demon- strates improved contextual accuracy, reduced hallucination, and greater interpretability compared to traditional NLP mod- els. Our findings indicate that RAG has the potential to become a core component in next-generation financial intelli- gence systems.

ISLAMIC THOUGHT AND THE CIVIL STATE A READING OF SAYYED AL-SISTANI’S EXPERIENCE IN IRAQ AFTER 2003

Raji Naseer Dwara
The American Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovations and Research
Published: 25 Mar 2024
Article Info DOI Crossref
View Abstract
The emergence of the concept of the civil state dates back to the era of the Industrial Revolution in the middle of the eighteenth century, and even now the concept still raises a lot of controversy and differences in views, as some see that the civil state is the opposite of the religious state, while others say that the civil state is not against religion. Rather, it is the opposite of the authoritarian state, regardless of its religious, military, tribal, or sectarian form, and it was a reaction to the tyrannical experience of the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages. Therefore, it is not correct to project the experience of the Catholic Church and its tyrannical behaviors in Europe onto Islamic law, and Islam does not aim to Building power or a theocratic state. We can say that the religious authority represented by Sayyed Ali al-Sistani, after the year 2003, called for, in its directives, positions and responses, the building of a civil state in Iraq, a state of constitution, law, freedoms, the supremacy of the popular will, and the strengthening of the spirit of citizenship, and although Sayyed al-Sistani did not use the description of the civil state categorically, But the fo...

It adopted the exploratory sequential mixed method research design/ approach. The targeted population of the study comprised the 744 teachers and 13 school principals in 13 Catholic secondary schools in the Wouri Division. Eight (08) principals were purposefully sampled andthree hundred (300) teachers were randomly sampled from eight (08) Catholic Secondary Schools. An interview guide and questionnaires were the tolls adopted for the study administered to school principals and teachers/principals .The overall reliability analysis of the tolls was 0.757. Generally, when the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient value is above 0.5 especially in a context where the test items to some extent are directly related to one another as it was the case in the context of this study, the instrument is considered to be valid and reliable for analysis. Findings showed, in aggregate, that most school principals used preferred strategies in managing conflicts that affect teacher...

Cement production is one of the most common man-made air pollutants. In this regard, the need for dust collection in this process is obvious. The article presents an analysis of the used designs of dust collection devices in the cement production of the Fergana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Methods of tissue filter regeneration are analyzed. The results of experimental studies on the state of synthetic fabric bag filters installed on air purifiers from dust and gas flows are presented. The choice of the standard size, design and the required number of fabric bag filters was made. For technical and economic reasons, there is a method and mode of filter regeneration that does not cause severe wear of the fabric, due to which the duration of filter operation without expensive stops for current repairs is significantly increased.
