NOBEL: Journal of Literature and Language Teaching (ISSN 2087-0698 and E-ISSN 2549-2470) is a biannually peer-reviewed journal managed by the English Literature Study Program, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This journal is abstracted and indexed by Crossref, Sinta, Google Scholar, Garuda, and DOAJ and has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, The Republic of Indonesia in the Third Grade of Sinta (Sinta 3) from Volume 7 Issue 2 September 2016 to Volume 12 Issue 1 April 2021 according to decree No. 30/E/KPT/2018. The journal has also been reaccredited in the Third Grade of Sinta (Sinta 3) from Volume 10, Issue 2, September 2019, to Volume 15, Issue 1, April 2024, according to decree No. 85/M/KPT/2020. The latest reaccreditation indexes the journal to the Fourth Grade of Sinta (Sinta 4) according to decree No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 for Volume 14 Issue 2, October 2023 to Volume 19 Issue 1, April 2028.
NOBEL: Journal of Literature and Language Teaching publishes articles on literature, language, and language teaching from various perspectives, covering both literary and fieldwork studies. The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to language studies, with special reference to culture, literature, linguistics, and language teaching.

This journal always places English language and literature in the central focus of academic inquiry and invites any comprehensive observation with various dimensions in the country. The journal, serving as a forum for the study of literature, language, and language teaching, supports studies of particular themes and interdisciplinary studies in relation to the subjects. It has become a medium of exchange of ideas and research findings from various traditions of learning that have interacted in a scholarly manner.
