Jurnal El Tarikh is the Journal of History, Culture,and Islamic Civilization (JHCC) [ISSN:2774-7999 dan e-ISSN: 2774-8723] published by the Department of historical Islamic civilization Faculty of Adab Raden Intan Islamic State University, it is published twice a year in Mey and November. JHCC covers all areas and periods in Indonesian, Southeast Asia and World history, culture and Islamic civilization. It deals with all aspects of the history including of Islamic, Language, Education, Economic, Culture, Politics, Social, Antropologi, Exegesis, Hadits, phylosophy and thought . All historical approaches are also welcomed. This journal accepts on diverse formats includes the article from scientific forums, review essays, and special issues. The editor also received a book review to be published in a special section of the publication. The articles can be written to be submitted in Indonesia and English.
Aims:

El Tarikh Journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal, which publishes quality scientific papers from researchers and academics around the world. El Tarikh is committed to encouraging the development of theoretical and empirical research that not only enriches local and regional academic discourse, especially in Indonesia, but also makes a real contribution to the Asian and global region, so as to become a forum for dialogue between local knowledge and global discourse and foster the development of new perspectives that enrich Islamic studies, concepts, methodologies and practices.

Focus:

This journal focuses on the study of Islamic history, culture and civilization in the world with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach that connects local insights with global discourse. Each published manuscript not only presents an in-depth analysis of local or regional phenomena but also explicitly connects current global discourses and theories.

Scope:

El Tarikh publishes scholarly articles that are on the study of Islamic history, culture and civilization in the world with an emphasis on Islamic perspectives.

Its coverage includes, but is not limited to:

History: historiography, Islamic history, local history, political, social, economic, intellectual history, and environmental history.
Culture: Islamic culture, art, literature, manuscripts, local wisdom, and digital culture.
Civilization: Islamic civilization and its contribution to science, knowledge, politics, technology, and inter-civilizational encounters.
Humanities: ethics, philosophy, theology, anthropology, sociology, ethnography, gender and sustainability
