Presumption of Law is a peer-reviewed journal published since 2019 and open-access journal (E-ISSN: 2656-7725; URL: https://ejournal.unma.ac.id/index.php/jpl/index) that aims to offer a national and international academic platform for cross-border legal research on legal policies and regulatory issues, particularly in developing and emerging countries. These may include, but are not limited to, various fields such as civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, customary institution law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism governance, and another section related to contemporary issues in legal scholarship.
Journal Presumption of Law : Publishes original articles on legal issues relating to new rules or existing legal realities around us, whether national or international on either side of the web this journal provides an analysis of legal matters, and the ideal completion of a legal matter is idealized according to the prevailing laws. This Journal received All topics about the results of studies and research of lecturers, teachers, practitioners, and scientists in the field of Law. For the research category, articles can be written using Method Normative law research and empirical law research and can be made in a variety of research designs, such as action research, experiments, and case studies.
