Journal of the Indonesian Mathematical Society (JIMS) is a publication of the Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS). It publishes original research papers with significant contributions of broad interest on hot topics, from distinguished mathematicians from across the world. The Journal provides a platform for presenting high-quality mathematical research in most areas of mathematics.
All published research articles undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening, anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees, and consequent revision by article authors when required. All manuscripts submitted to the Journal must be original contributions, and must not be under consideration for publication with another journal, nor have been previously published partially or whole.
Focus And Scope
Journal of the Indonesian Mathematical Society (JIMS) is an electronic international journal provided by the Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS). JIMS disseminates new research results in all areas of mathematics and provides the publication forum not only for the original research articles, but also for the review articles from contributors. This JIMS promotes the ideal platform for the discussion of more sophisticated mathematics research and practice for authors and readers worldwide.
JIMS is designed and devoted to the researchers, the lecturers, the teachers, the university students, and the people who are interested in mathematics and willing to publish their research results in the area of mathematics. All original research articles in mathematics are welcome to be published in this journal. The topics include, but are not limited to the following topics:
A. Pure Mathematics
Pure mathematics research area is focused on the development of theoretical aspects on mathematics which include analysis and applied analysis, algebra and applied algebra, logic, geometry, differential equations, dynamical system, fuzzy set, and fuzzy logic, etc. The researches on this topic can be traced to the work of Hendra Gunawan, Cemil Tunç, Bijan Davvaz, Ferdinand Verhulst, D. K. Ganguly, etc.
B. Graph and Combinatorics
This research area is focused on all areas in graph theory, combinatorics, number theory, coding theory, cryptography, etc. The researches on this topic can be traced to the work of Edy Tri Baskoro, S. Arumugam, N. Kamatchi, Martin Bača, Mirka Miller, etc.
C. Applied Mathematics and Computation
