Focus and Scope
The journal aims to serve original articles on the latest issues and trends in high-quality research focused on technology-integrated science learning. The technology integration includes science learning, science learning media, science learning curriculum, and science learning assessment. JSL is a triannual journal issued in March, July, and November.

The editors welcome submissions of papers describing recent theoretical and experimental research related to:

Technology-integrated Science Learning: consisting of theoretical and empirical research studies on learning science with technology integration. We invite manuscripts that investigate science learning with technology integration such as Web-based Science Learning, Android-based Science Learning, Arduino-based Science Learning, Nanotechnology-based Science Learning, Virtual Lab-based Science Learning, Technological and Pedagogical Content Knowledge research, STEM or STEAM-based Science Learning, Technology integrated Socioscientific Issue, Virtual Reality based Science Learning, Augmented Reality based Science Learning, and Other technological issues in Science Learning.
Technology-based Science Learning Media: The study shows the latest trend in technology-based science learning media at all education levels and applications in society.
Technology-based Science Learning Curriculum: The work contributes to developing the latest trend in the science learning curriculum with technology integration at all education levels including the science learning design, competency analysis, and syllabus.
Technology-based Science Learning Assessment: The work contributes to developing the latest trend in the assessment of technology-integrated science learning at all education levels.
Technology-based Science Teacher Education : consisting of original empirical and/or theoretical research that examines the preparation of teachers, the work of teachers, or how teachers' work is influenced by a broader context and technology. "Teacher education" refers to development throughout the continuum of one’s teaching career, from pre-service, through induction, into advanced professional stages of teaching with technology.
Technology-assisted Science Experiment : Technology-assisted science experiments use modern tools and digital platforms to improve traditional research methods. These tools include virtual simulations, interactive software, and data collection sensors, helping to conduct experiments more efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively. They allow scientists to visualize complex phenomena and explore new hypotheses that were previously difficult to test. As technology advances, these experiments continue to open new opportunities for science learning.
