Journal of Civil Engineering and Planning (JCEP) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal, published two times a year (June and December), with ISSN 2746-6299. JCEP is published by the Civil Engineering Study Program, Universitas Internasional Batam (International Batam University). The journal covers both domestic and international developments in the field of civil engineering and planning. This platform provides a venue for distinguished scholars and emerging academics around the world to share their research and academic contributions. JCEP covers topics related to the sciences, analytics, development, intervention, modeling and design of communities, cities, and regions including their Structure, Geotechnical, Transportation, Water Resources, Construction Management, Environmental, Urban Planning and Material. The journal is committed to create a multidisciplinary forum in the field by seeking original paper submissions from planners, architects, geographers, economists, environmentalists, engineers and other who are interested in the past, present, and future transformation of constructions in transitional, developing and emerging economies.
