International Journal of Evaluation and Research in Education (IJERE) is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on education that publishes papers to international audiences of educational researchers. IJERE aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills are transmitted from one generation to another and making methods and contents of evaluation and research in education available to teachers, administrators, and research workers. The journal encompasses a variety of topics, including general education concepts, educational approaches, pedagogy, curriculum, reading and writing, teaching English as a second language (TESL), and informal education, etc.

(1) report evaluation and research findings;
(2) treat conceptual and methodological issues; and/or
(3) consider the implications of the above for action; and/or
(4) an extensive book reviews section and also occasional reports on educational materials and equipment.
