Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is an International peer-reviewed journal, open access, accredited by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as 1st rank journal in Indonesia (SINTA1) and has been Indexed by SCOPUS and ScimagoJr. Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal is an official publication of Department of Technology of Agricultural product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University, in collaboration with the Indonesian Association of Food Technologist (IAFT) Jambi. Focus and Scope
Indonesian Food Science & Technology Journal (IFST) is open access peer-reviewed journal publishing critical reviews and original research papers dealing with the advancement research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations) with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian food as well as other regions that have similar or relevant to Indonesian food.

FOCUS: The research is focusing on the most promising new research developments and their current and potential food industry applications in a readable, scientifically rigorous way.
SCOPE: The journal contains original research results and scientific review includes research dealing with the advancement research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations) with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian food as well as other regions that have similar or relevant to Indonesian food.
